My baby turned 7 months yesterday on 9-27-09!!! Yes, 7 big whole months of caring, loving, worrying, and fussing over this precious little thing. I don't know where time went but these past 7 months have been the quickiest 7 months of my entire life, I think. Everyday is different and everyday is filled with excitement of watching Chloe grow. She surprises us each and every day with her development, motor skills, language ability, and EQ. It's simply amazing! I say to people all the time that if we had endless resources, I would have 3-4 more kids without thinking twice or blinking an eye! They are just so much joy to be around and care for. Admittedly, they are not always well behaved, but just know that whenever they fuss, there must be a good reason for it. Little babies can't talk or communicate, so crying is their way of telling us something. We just have to be patient and tune in to their needs.
Little monkey is sound asleep right next to me, just like her Daddy. We have our very first parent social at the daycare tomorrow evening. I'll have to bring my camera to document it all. Gosh, I'll have to start another photo album that will label "Chloe at 7 months"!! Before we know it, she'll start crawling, walking, talking, running, going away to college, dating, getting married, having her own babies, ahhh....time needs to s.l.o.w. down...
